SUMMER TECHNICAL SERIES: 2016-2011 (u9-u14) Boys + Girls
DETAILS:

DESCRIPTION:
These training sessions are designed to emphasize individual development with a focus on ball mastery, footwork, and technique. Sessions will cover a variety of topics ranging from dribbling, passing/receiving, shooting, defending, attacking. Players are expected to show up on time with a positive attitude ready to work for the designated time slot. Training sessions will be high energy and players will be expected to maintain their focus and attention throughout the session.
This is open to any player. You do not need to affiliated with FKK to attend.
NOTE: There are no refunds or pro-rating for the FKK Summer Technical/Training Programs.

INDOOR SUMMER TRAINING: High School Age (2006-2009) Girls

Our High School training is specific for our older groups with a combination of technical and fitness training. Our intention and focus is to provide the girls with the best training environment mirroring the college level and to be remain fit over the summer months.

OUTDOOR SUMMER TRAINING: High School (2010 - 2006) Boys + Girls

ELITE SUMMER TRAINING CAMP: 2016-2011 (u9-u14) Boys + Girls
We are excited to announce YEAR 4 of our Elite Summer Training. Last year was another successful summer as our players showed tremendous improvement throughout our six week program.
This program is designed to maximize player development over the summer and prepare them for the new season. Our staff has carefully designed a player-centric training curriculum that will challenge players physically, technically, and mentally.
Please note that there is limited capacity available for this program. Upon receiving email, the coaching staff will evaluate the player and accept/decline your spot in the program. This program is for TOP level players ONLY. We want players who are passionate and serious about the game and want to improve day-in and day-out.
Please note that there is limited capacity available for this program. Upon receiving email, the coaching staff will evaluate the player and accept/decline your spot in the program. WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Indoor/outdoor training component
- Individual development – ball mastery, technique, footwork, coordination, agility, and fitness
- Group training

DAILY SCHEDULE:
- 8:30 – 9:00am: Drop-off
- 9:00 – 11:00am: 1st Session
- 11:00am – 1:00pm: Lunch break
- 1:00 – 3:00pm: 2nd Session
- 3:00 – 3:30pm: Pick-up*
* Fees will be charged for late pick up
Late Pick-Up Policy (after one warning):
- $50 for every 30 minute interval
WHAT TO BRING:
- Large water jug
- Soccer ball
- Cleats + Futsal (indoor/flat) shoes + shinguards
- Sandals / flip-flops
- Full change of clothes
- Towel, sunscreen, deodorant
- Lunch bag + snacks + extra drinks

ELITE SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM: 2010-2008 (u15-u17) Boys + Girls
This will be the FIRST Elite Summer Program for the older age groups at the Geneva School location.
*There will be an option for volunteer hours after training (help with younger group camp)*
The program will be designed to challenge players throughout a six week program (18 sessions). There will be a big emphasis on technical development, small-sided games going to goal (finishing), and a fitness component (especially late in Summer).

Upon receiving email, we will review and evaluate each player and confirm acceptance. FLORIDA KRUSH WOMEN:
COLLEGE/ECNL Level Training
The focus of this training will be to maintain soccer fitness for the off-season to prepare for the college and ECNL season.
This is for college and ECNL level training in summer for college bound players and college level players. There will be some scrimmage games throughout the summer.
