Central Winds Park - AMPHITHEATER FIELDS (this is NEW this year!! See below for map)
This is the club's largest annual event where we come together to recognize all the accomplishments of the season! It's a carnival atmosphere with games, bounce houses, activities, a DJ, a basket raffle extravaganza, silent auction, bubble fun, face painter -- and the coveted FKK Media Guide. Bring out the entire family!
This basket raffle and silent auction fundraiser will:
- Support our TOPS Program for athletes with special needs
- Expand our Scholarship Fund so every player has a chance to play
- Offset increasing administrative costs that affect the whole club
Team Basket Raffles
We will be using RallyUp again this year to bid on the team baskets. A QR Code/link will be sent out a few days before the event so you can start looking and purchasing online tickets for your favorite baskets.
Silent Auction
We will be listing some exclusive items that you will want to bid on! You will be able to bid on these also via RallyUp.
Games and Activities
Nerf wars/gel blasters/archery tag, bubble soccer, gaga ball, bounce house, sports inflatables, bubble fun, face painter and soccer tennis
Tasty Food - food for purchase from Rock N Brews (cash preferred, but credit card accepted) + Absofruitly food truck (smoothies and acai bowls) + Kona Ice. Rock N Brews will have pork sandwiches, buffalo wings, alfredo pasta, salad and pretzels

AMPHITHEATER AREA
Please go to the Amphitheater/Back Field area at Central Winds Park near the roundabout
PARKING
Park in the angled parking spots, wooded area, lower fields area, baseball parking and walk in
CAUTION
It's a large open area, but there is a downward slope towards the back area that ends in a pond and Lake Jessup, so please be aware for the younger children!
We are excited to use RallyUp again to host our End of Year Celebration Basket Raffles and Silent Auction in a convenient and fun way!
Prior to April 29th, you will be able to visit our RallyUp campaign page to:
- View all available baskets and silent auction items
- See detailed descriptions, photos, value and contents
- Decide which items you'd like to bid on and track them
At our End of Year Celebration on April 29th, you can:
- View baskets and auction items in person
- Continue placing bids directly from your phone
- All bidding will remain open until 7:30 PM on April 29th.
- Winners will automatically be selected by RallyUp.
