FYSA Offering Free Uniforms: FYSA has implemented a program geared to NEW referees under the age of 16. The first 300 newly registered referees, that are under the age of 16, will receive a FREE uniform starter kit . This is an excellent promotional idea and a way to recruit new youth officials. The referee MUST complete all steps of the certification, pass the test, and be uploaded to US Soccer to be eligible.
