Ray Sandidge has had a positive impact on so many kids throughout the past few decades. Ray's on and off the field lessons were key - and still are - to me. I still remember the hard practices, snake runs, wins, losses (minimal of course), jokes, encouragement, and who can forget those awful mitre soccer balls that he swore by. ; ) Please read, pray and donate as you feel led. Coach Ray, you are the man. One of the best coaches I’ve ever seen on a field. Nobody can match your energy, professionalism, knowledge and ability to teach. I’ve learned so much from just observing you from a short distance on the field. You are the captain of captains. Thank you for your impact on thousands of kids and families. This man has changed the way my children view the sport of soccer…and he has impacted (and continues to) impact their lives every day. Ray is the reason Shane is a goalkeeper and the reason Grayson is still playing soccer. He goes out of his way to be a part of Bella’s life and she thinks he hangs the moon. His passion for soccer and his love for life are evident in everything he does. This challenge will be just another WIN in his book of accomplishments. We love you Coach Ray!
So well said! Agree with every word. He has made such an impact on Preston and Chandler. In the short time Preston has played for him, I have seen his confidence grow immensely thanks to Ray and he always goes out of his way to talk to Chandler and make sure Chandler feels important too. So much support being sent his way!
