Developmental players will be broken up into groups/pools and be trained at different stations – just like the First Touch Program. Those stations all focus on a higher level of skills such as ball control, touches, passing, dribbling, and simple fitness — all in a fun and age appropriate set up. Sessions will be offered at Central Winds Park in Winter Springs, Shane Kelly Park in Oviedo and Columbia Elementary in East Orlando under the direction of the FKK professional coaches and site coordinator. Players remain engaged and focused on learning the skills and techniques under the disguise of the fun, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities. Players at this age will practice two days per week. Depending on which field location you choose, your practice session will either be a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday (see list below).
